鴻海集團董事長郭台銘日前對外界表示，鴻海很多工程師週六自願上班，公司都沒有給加
班費，此話一出，遭立委點名違反勞基法，新北市勞檢處一連兩天針對鴻海實施勞動檢查
，發現的確有工程師在平日「經常性」加班，但公司卻沒有給加班費，已經違反《勞基法
》第24條有關「延長工時工資」規定，勞工局將依法開罰2萬元。勞檢處表示，經約談多
